Tried to contact them thru Ebay at least 3 times. Was assured I was a valuable customer, and just wait 2 more days and contact us again, which I am sure was AI generated and signed by a fictitious "customer service" representative. No real effort to help. The last order from these people wandered around Columbus oh for 4 days went to Denver, the Dallas. I live in western Colorado. That took 10 days .

This was shipped quickly but the post office dropped the ball and it was delayed by them and NOT THE SELLER FAULT. I gave him 5 stars and will buy from him again. I did contact the seller about the delay and he assured me that my item was going thru the USPO system, so excellent communication. A+++ seller.
