I'm very happy with the phone I received, which appears to be brand new despite its refurbished designation. It arrived unlocked as advertised, so that I could easily install CalyxOS over pre-loaded Android. USPS delayed delivery by a couple days, but that's not the vendor's fault. Highly recommended.
