I have tried multiple times to resolve my purchase concerns with the seller & have provided evidence of the defective items. Their response was to offer a refund that did not cover the cost of the defective items. One item arrived with a hole & multiple items had evidence of fraying on opening the package. When I asked how to send the items back for a refund they have refused to engage further.
