I am going to order another one from them, but they need to understand that the parts, inside the box need to be wrapped in cushioning apart from each other; and then that box needs to be cushioned inside of the shipping box. It was not the seller's fault that the item was broken. Everything was included as listed. The amp appears to be brand new as advertised with no scratches or signs of use around the mounts, or connections. All bags were sealed and appear new as well. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and will buy from here again soon.
