He received the package back, I paid a small shipping fee again (rightfully so and was happy to do it) and he immediately reshipped to the correct address and I had it in a couple days. Perfect condition poster that was packaged well enough to survive a rainstorm before I could get home. Amazing responsiveness, and seems like a genuinely good guy. He is sending a numbered poster as well as a return label for the original poster that was sent. He explained that sometimes posters aren’t numbered and it was most likely an honest oversight. I have also seen this happen for countless other Billy Strings shows. Rest assured I have sent you another poster as a replacement for the unnumbered one. The new replacement poster has a number out of #/700 on it. We only sell 100% authentic posters that we obtain at the venues across the country. I spend the entire year on the road hitting shows and obtaining posters. Customer service is our #1 priority.

Seller was responsive and remedied the situation. A refund was offered and the seller helped arrange getting me the poster I was looking for. The end result was exactly what I wanted.
