My only issue is that either Sandy's box was already sticky or a part of the bubble wrap was sticky and the wrap was essentially "glued" to the bottom-back of her coffin and ruined it. I'm sure this is a rare issue. I've bought other dolls from them and not had this problem. Overall, excellent seller with great customer service.
