Appearance of the box is marred by fading and shrinkwrap crushing the box over time. This was illustrated on the photos and was not a surprise. It does indicate the model was sealed by the manufacturer or original retailer 50+ years ago. This is a high quality model mint in a shelf weathered box. I recommend this seller.
