First, I received the package and it was missing a piece that was clearly meant to be included in the photos and description. I messaged twice between several days trying to get a reply, and when I finally did they refunded me $10 for the piece. Then, when we finally started using the camera after about a week or so, we realized it had software issues... Basically needs a $200 repair and seller is unwilling to work
