The Linksys WRT320N DD-WRT is designed with high-speed wireless-n technology. This router provides reliable data transfer rates of up to 300 Mbps for lightning fast performance for everything from listening to music to streaming video content. The router is compatible with 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless. The WRT320N Wireless router features MIMO technology to boost the range while preventing dead spots and keeping devices from getting disconnected. The features of this high performance router include 2.4 GHz , built-in dynamic DNS clients, static and dynamic routing, single port forwarding, IPsec, PPTP, and L2TP VPN pass through, LAN to WAN uplink with the ability to apply high, medium, low and normal priority to specific applications, and much more. The Linksys WRT320N DD-WRT is equipped with 4 gigabit LAN ports, enabling you to integrate wired and wireless devices into your network, such as computers, printers and gaming consoles.All ports support Gigabit speed and Auto crossover for MDI/MDI-X, so no crossover cables are required. The router features built in Network Address Translation (NAT) technology, wireless-n, and reset and WPS buttons for ease of set up and operation. This Linksys router offers enhanced security to keep intruders out of your network. The router protects your network with 128 bit wireless encryption and an SPI firewall. In addition, this model features WPA2 wireless security and uses MAC address lists to allow authorized computers to access the internet, while keeping intruders out. When you set up the receiver, immediately reset the default password with your own unique combination. This password will be needed by any users attempting to log in to your network to access Wi-Fi. The Linksys wireless router is easy to set up and configure. The router comes with the set up CD-ROM, Ethernet network cable, power adapter, user guide and quick install on the CD-ROM. System requirements include Internet Explorer 6.0, Safari 3.0 or Firefox 1.0, Windows Vista, XP or Vista 64 bit editions, a wired or wireless network adapter and computer with a CD-ROM drive. Once you have set up the wires and used the CD-ROM, the web-based administration interface is user friendly and enables you to setup and manage the router from any computer with internet access. The router is compatible with Internet Explorer 8, Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or newer versions. Once the system is set up, check to see if you need to upgrade the firmware.
