It drops their positive feedback more of a percentage than someone that has sold thousands of items. That said I will leave positive feedback but these socks are not gray reinforced cushioned as described and pictured. They are irregulars as stated and priced accordingly but after wearing a pair the second time after first wash my big toe is sticking through a whole in the toe of one sock. I don't recommend them.
