The seller was more than responsive. Contacted USPS and filed a claim immediately. Kept me aware of each step of the process.. Was FAIR HONEST & refunded my TOTAL purchase price with shipping BEFORE she got the check from USPS- I call that AMAZING!!! Buy with confidence! I know I will check her store for future buys!
