I pointed out to the seller that the ad said a power cord was included and it was not. This seller responded and the cord arrived in a few days. Probably solved. The products are always professionally packed and always arrive safely with no delays. Highly recommended.

The shipping took a little while, but seeing as I bought it around Labor Day, It’s understandable.
