It was wrapped very tightly and kept any air from affecting the pack ing. I just just got out of the the hospital and was able to place the inflatable without struggle or pain. I was able to secure it and it’s very comfortable. It’s not ultra soft but it’s perfect for my needs

I know it just by the entire buying process!! Totally recommend this seller! The package arrived in 2 deliveries, and the frame was boxed. NO complaints!!
