Once able to be shipped, the product arrived much sooner than I'd expected, and was very probably the most carefully and robustly packaged item I have ever received from anywhere, ever. Item was exactly as described, and was completely intact after its 10km journey. Highly recommended seller.

The item was packaged really well and carefully to ensure no damage to the product and it arrived earlier than expected, so I was very pleased. However, though the box appeared very authentic, upon opening the packages, I found that the labubus were not authentic. Upon alerting the seller of this, he was very reasonable and refunded the full amount without question. I really appreciate this. Easiest transaction I've ever had despite the product not being what I expected.
