It’s pretty bad with the ULT button turned off. It loses its bluetooth connection every 10 minutes or so. It only lasts a second or two but it’s still annoying. In retrospect I should’ve passed on this one.

You don’t get a manufacturer box however the item was packed carefully. Small minute scuffs on the item but the value more than makes up for it! Appearance is great and on par with buying new in box from retailer.
