The buyer has never contacted me or asked / or return this part, I could have helped them find what they need.

Included a clear instruction sheet for a common mistake people have when installing it on certain models. I pointed this paper out to my son when he received it and he insisted it didn’t fit so I went to return. Seller reached out immediately to ask about it and referred me back to the included paper which I reviewed in depth & indeed did work with his bike! Product was as described and works great!
