So I contacted them to inform them of my situation and the young lady who was pleasant to deal with said they would send out another. Tested second before install and showed good battery. Great customer service and very professional. Price is also reasonable and shipping is swift. Two thumbs up and definitely will order from them again.

They got back to me on a Saturday and got the rest coming immediately! I order a lot of stuff online and run into plenty of issues, shipping or damaged items, but these guys made it like it never happened.
