Well boxed/packaged & new as stated, easy to assemble, not so easy to use, as I have a wide foot, and it will hopefully work better with a thinner sock than those I tried. I can't imagine it working with heavier socks 🧦, for me that is, as the ones I used were medium heavy. GR8 seller to deal with.
