The product shipped was in new condition sealed and price/ value was the best I can find. The quality of the product shipped was great as the classic ARB quality is something you can depend on. The packaging was very well done and kept the retail box appearance as new. A+++

I have gotten so used to fact customer service went the way of the dodo long ago that this genuinely took me by surprise. Can’t begin to say enough good things about this company but I truly hope my testimony here helps

As described, the box was kind of worn but the capacitor inside the box was like new. The seller listed it honestly and gave a few dollar discount for the "new old stock" description. Quality Genteq brand. Hope it lasts as long as the original Phillp's that it replace. That one was 32 years old.
