    Once again an outstanding seller. Probably the best packaging I have ever received from a eBay seller. I had a minor issue with shipping cost which was probably my fault for not communicating with the seller. This seller went above and beyond to quickly resolve the perceived problem I had.     The framed art arrived without exterior damage. We're used to receiving pottery and can tell immediately if it's been broken. This framed art "sounded" good. When we opened it, it was packaged carefully. But, after removing the bubble wrap, the piece had been dropped in transit. The wooden frame and the glass had broken. We took pictures as we unwrapped to document the damage. We informed the seller. He returned our money even without seeing a photo. What an honest ebay seller! A+++

    Absolutely the best seller ever. By my mistake, the package went to my old address. Not only did they send it to the correct address after it was returned,l but they didn't even charge me for the extra shipping. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
