THIS WAS NOT LISTED as one of the things not included. So, naturally I want to return this. The seller gives me a label for USPS to send back (witch will take another 6 plus days) to get back to them and another day or 2 for my refund! This seller is not good in my opinion!

I was also delighted to learn that its AllState 1 year warranty was immediately activated upon purchase. The vendor also provided stellar customer service and I will buy from them again. They were patient with my many questions, and they shipped the product quickly. They have definitely earned my trust. Shipping was on time which was much appreciated. I don't think the box is came in was original manufacturer (it was just a plain white box), but it was packaged well. The phone fit snuggly in the box and the USB-C cord was still in it's original packaging. Just had to pop in the SIM card, sync the previous phone and it was good to go. So far (one week later) no issues at all.
