Improved by the weight stamp on the envelope and weighing the one item that arrived, that the order had not been fully sent. Then lots of poorly written messages telling me the rest of order was sent ‘again’ but never arrived. Kept saying delayed 24hrs. Now having waited with a project delayed, they just say the will refund. Cost me money and wasted time.
