Seller shipped promptly, it arrived at distribution hub and... USPS somehow managed to lose it in the 3 miles between hub and my local PO. Notified seller, he ran a trace through USPS, and promptly issued a refund when USPS admitted they lost the package. Stand up seller, would not hesitate to buy from again. Problem was with USPS, NOT with the seller.

Prices are good, shipping is prompt and always well packaged. The post office probably couldn't mess the wood up if they tried (and I'm sure they do). Whether you're looking for small pieces for pens or bigger pieces for other projects, you're bound to find something great through this seller.
