The only con I have with it is the thumb button or the up, down,left, right button is all wrong. Up is down left is right, right is down, and that's in the program. I believe it is a software issue. But then again, that's probably why it is an open box, because it didn't come with a box!Some one must have returned it and this seller packed it up and sold it as an open box. I don't blame the seller
