Recorded by Andrea Gobbi, mastered by Grammy Award winner Brian Lucey and co-produced by Mohsen Amini, the 2018 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards' Musician Of The Year, 'Beyond', the band's second studio album, is a worthy successor of 'Abyss'. The band have managed to find their own unique voice, combining stunning melodies with sheer energy, to capture the distinctive live sound of Talisk. With the critically acclaimed Greg Lawson recording strings and a hand selected choir of musicians from the scenes most prominent bands including We Banjo 3, Elephant Sessions, The East Pointers, Manran, Siobhan Miller, Skerryvore and Tide Lines, 'Beyond' is an album not to be missed.
