The original package was shipped and damaged by FEDEX. Out of the control of the seller or buyer. The seller handled every bit of the replacement unit getting shipped. She also called me to let me know of the issue. I DID NOT have to inquire as to getting this reconciled. That is 110% excellence. Yes there was a delay due to FEDEX. Original shipped 5-20, replacement unit arrive 5-30.10days with a holiday. Kickass

I swear, the moment I pressed the “BUY BUTTON” I received an email from her saying how things were going to be handled and that if I had ANY questions just let her know. The next few days I received emails letting me know where and how things were being handled and where my purchase was. At this point I was believing she was actually driving the truck herself. It arrived on time (go figure). If she had only assembled it ! Very impressed

It was shipped on June 21 but didn't arrive at my home until July 9. Since my product was handled excessively, it was slightly damaged but this in no way due to the shipper. This is my first experience using ebay so it was sort of bumpy.
