This frame was just the right wood color and frame type for the space we wanted it. The backing made it easy to insert my picture (I used a flathead screwdriver to pull the tabs back and forth) and to hang.

I opened it and it turned out to be a 16×20. I messaged the seller and sent pics, without hassle the correct item is being packed and shipped. Well, the seller issued me a refund when i contacted them which was too kind, i would have been ok with an explanation. They said they'll make the listing more clear.
