In case anyone didn't understand, this pun meant very easy to work with in every way. They respond quickly. They were open to a slight change in price, and mailed the item immediately to have the jewel maker verified. The packaged arrived beautifully wrapped and the item appeared almost new. Only a couple tiny scratches that could barely be seen on the back. I am very, very pleased. Also, packaging was not great due to their use of cling film wrapped around the entire bass that I had to surgically remove as to not scratch it. Despite this, I have no complaints about the bass itself. It arrived quickly and as described. I probably would not buy from them again though unless it was a really good deal.
