I had set the ebay shipping address to my dad's address (for a previous purchase for dad) and then forgot to re-set it back to me. Seller helped me cancel and rebuy so lamp could be sent to my home address and not Dad's. Then, item arrives well-packed but irreparably broken. Seller persevered again and helped me coordinate the refund (insured). This was a lot of time and effort for an inexpensive item. Great seller and great follow-through. The seller took EXTREME care in packaging up every individual piece; as well as providing plenty of packaging material inside the shipping box. These arrived safely and are absolutely beautiful.
