The light kit did not have an On/Off switch, you need to unplug it from the wall outlet to turn it Off (a cheap way to save costs). I thought that since it said "ELEGANT", it would be better than all of the much cheaper examples on EBAY, but I was wrong. I will not be buying any more of these.
