The bag fits my laptop, cord, single clarinet case, folding stand, & a pair of shoes. It's comfortable to wear. Zipper access from the rear is a huge plus.Minor cons: There's no zipper on the rolltop so you need a few cm to fold over. I'd prefer a zipper. but it straps securely. The laptop sleeve inside is well padded, but the pouch on the outside of the laptop sleeve is not big enough for standard paper. USPS required a signature. That slowed things down.
