Contacted seller, took them a few days to respond, was asked for pictures of the envelope it was delivered in and random other pics. Clearly didn't understand what I was telling them. Very poor service and item unusable so has now gone in bin. Couldn't be bothered arguing with them over £7. Wouldn't buy from them again!
