Item was as described, well packaged, and had good communication with the seller. No complaints with the seller as he got the package out to the post office on the same day I ordered it! Great job! When I contacted them, they stated they would make it right if it didn't show up. Said it was a reoccurring problem with USPS. Can't say I was impressed with USPS shipping time, maybe consider another shipping service.

Really did not need the Polish as there was little noticeable difference after using it. I'll give both a try on another guitar that is not vintage. Great product though.
