However, your on-line process was a bit frustrating. I needed to ask the seller if he/she would amend the amount of yarn to meet my needs. I found no other way to communicate with him/her than to "counter-offer," which then got confused with quantity rather than just price. It would have been much easier to communicate with this person outside of offer/counter-offer.
