After arguing that I should have looked at the photos…. Buyer also did not understand that the options are new or used in the listing, and it is up to the seller to try and fit the options available as best they can. In this case, the unit itself was very much new and unblemished, it was just missing cables. So I could have either listed it as new or try and make it known it was out of/ open box by using open box.
