They were of little help with the tracking but the seller worked with me to locate the package and get it to its destination. I appreciated her efforts. The teapot arrived in one piece and the recipient was pleased as this was a replacement of a purchase made more than 40 years ago! this was my first eBay experience and, overall, I am pleased.
