When I received the package, the box was torn up and held together by tape. The balls were loose in the box and 2 are missing. On top of all that, i ordered on March 21st and it didn't ship until March 26th and only did so because i sent the seller a message. The quality is as to be expected with open box and I'd say the value is awesome for the simple fact that other putting mats like this are well over $100.
