I would recommend this company to anyone with the proviso to read the advert very carefully as i personally found it a little misleading.Please bear in mind i am 83 and not a computer wizz kid. The 12 month guarantee was not in the box & we didn't receive an email but upon contacting the seller they assured me by quick reply that we did indeed have said guarantee, which was a bonus for us. So far delighted with delivery, the computer & the service provided.

The seller was quick to respond to my problem but would not send a replacement due to it being an international sale ! I accepted a partial refund. Also, the items have no displayport input as advertised so I cannot connect to any computer to test therefore I am not able to verify the functions of the least damaged display. Not my best ebay experience.
