This though was slightly damaged and separate from the pliers within the packaging making me think is it actually new (even if used only once before) ?

Item arrived very fast and packaged well, unfortunately was the wrong item. Overall the seller was quick to respond and very polite. I would be more than happy to use this seller again in the future.

I waited a week before contacting the seller, they replied quickly and sent replacement which arrived next day. Couldn't ask for more.
