They kept shipping it from warehouse to warehouse and some in the same state and then they would hold it for a couple of days and ship it some where else. Package arrived a couple of days later. I still needed the item and sent a message to the seller offering to pay for it. The seller said for me to keep the item and did not charge me. I think the seller went above and beyond by doing this. It was the shipping company's fault Not the seller. Thank you. I appreciate everything.

Not only was this the only listing that actually had model numbers matching my engine model- but their customer service team responded instantly upon the package coming in bent (not their fault at all) and offered remediation that was super satisfactory for both parties!
