The battery was running hot which concerned me but they shipped another one right away and it’s working perfectly!! I know there refurbished but I received a dell which is a nice laptop!! You can’t beat this for the price!! The one year warranty also makes it worth it! I hope y’all stay in business for a long time! Tysm! ������
