The included tool is super useful, and was helpful to get the adapters installed. I did have a hard time getting out the pins from my watch, but that's just because they're in there pretty tight. You may need to give them a whack in the correct direction (see the arrows on the inside of the original straps)

The adapters look really slick too with a simple minimalist design that runs flush with the sides of the watch body. Highly recommended.
