This unit it's just as accurate, is backlit with a protective cover, a stand so no more awkward angles so it will be readable from under a dash or under a hood and is new in the box! It looks very well made and shock resistant and to dropping or falling and is very lightweight and compact which is great with extra long leads. This is a great value for your dollar. I messaged the seller and they said that the price was accurate.
