    Very surprising for a highly rated seller, but this seller was totally unresponsive to two inquiries as to the status of the item I purchased. Fortunately, the eBay buyer protection kicked in and I was refunded, but only after 19 days from ordering and 10 days from expected delivery and only after I had to initiate the inquiry process. I can appreciate glitches with the sale of an item, but it would be courteous for a seller to respond in a timely manner to customer inquiries.
