I contacted the seller he put in a tracking request and the device arrived 4 days later. Without the seller's help it would probably still be traveling in circles around the country.. The seller was great blame the late delivery strictly on the USPS.

It even showed that the package was not shipped or even picked up for shipment until about 5 hours before it actually delivered 5 days later.
