It wasn't tracked, 2nd Class Post isn't tracked and yes I did only have the label number. I do advertise tracking but you have to pay extra for tracked service. It's all there in the item listing. Other suppliers say tracking not provided when they don't use ebay to purchase the postage. at £4.22 POST FREE, I can't afford to send tracked, I would lose money. 2nd Class usually takes 2-4 working days. This took 5 working days. 1 DAY LATE. Not 8 days as the customer claims.
