I disassembled the lower unit multiple times and made sure it was all together properly with no luck. Put the original impeller back in and it was going like a race horse again. The engine is a Yamaha 8c 2 stroke as per the description. Seller seems to have got Evri moving as it was put through my letter box the next day. So I say it again if only all sellers were like this.
