Just don't forget the Inland Revenue will charge you for import duty. Despite paying an additional £50, this rug was still a bit cheaper than it would have been to buy from somewhere like John Lewis in the UK.

Customer service responded quickly to my request to use their return policy. Unfortunately, they told me I had to pay the shipping and then they'd reimburse me. That would normally be fine BUT it was going to cost me over $100 up front.
