Many competiting bands = 150lbs - I mistakenly assumed these did too. But seller was great - item arrived on time and there were no issues with the return. Highly recommend. Just make sure the band tension/strength fit your needs.

I wish the manufacturer had packaged it per a person's size. There are a lot of pieces which is initially confusing. But once you get the correct sizes. It works well. There is one strap in the package, I still have no idea what it is The kit has great diversity as a family purchase I gave it a 5 rather than a 4 because the vendor did a good job.

"Door cork" for sticking in a door to attach the bands to, 2 foam grip handles, 2 leg cuffs, 5 bands with different resistance levels, and a storage bag. I have arm and hand disabilities that need exercise. It will be a challenge using these with limited wrist and hand mobility, but Doc said it was OK. My door jambs are too tight for the door cork to fit, but I will try an over the door hook and a pulley. Thank you for a good product

My only complaint is that the seller charged 5.89 for each item but I clearly read the rules that if you buy 3 the third is free. No shipping charge. I was charged 18 dollars and some change. I messaged the seller and they said that the price was accurate. Not sure we learned the same kind of math lesson.
