I m not doing this since they decided to refund me, but because of the resolution & the timely responses they gave to me to resolve my issue. The phone cover has a removable thin film (not visible to the naked eye) which I was told later by the seller. Also, the inside was extremely dirty which I had to clean using a disinfectant wipe - both reasons which initially prompted my reason for return. Thank You!
